Hi again

First, please excuse me if I repeat myself. This newsletter will
be the last thing I do before I pass out in surrender to my cur-
rent medication. I'm really trying to keep everything on a regu-
lar schedule while I'm having this reduced workload.

I always knew I had a great subscriber list here. I have truly
been blessed with an interactive group of people posting to the
site and the flood of positive responses has me scrambling to
find a better way to keep track of them online. I'll soon be
posting them to my blog for easy reference.

What I didn't know what the extent to which so many of you would
go to extend your best wishes to me and prayers of a speedy re-
covery. I am humbled and moved by your display of support.

Thank you from the bottom of my soul.

I had my evaluation last Friday, and the doctors still want me
to proceed with surgery in November. However, I heard of a treat-
ment in Texas through one of your messages, that sounds like an
advanced form of the one I used to get when I lived in Maryland.
I'm planning to fly there in mid to late October, have the treat-
ment and take some recovery time. I should be good as new before
I know it.

There aren't words to express how much your well wishes helped me
keep my spirits up and explore other options. So I'll just say
thank you again.

In other news, the discontinuation of the Google book will take
place on Thursday, October 1st, and the Free Traffic Primer is
almost ready for a beta release. Between them, I'll have two
new books out, an Advanced RSS guide and a brand new guide to
profiting from Articles. They'll both be in pre-release in
October if I can get them out before my trip south.

The Google guide will be replaced with a new program in response
to several requests from people who are interested in completely
out-sourcing their marketing so they can focus on their businesses.

The link will be forwarded from the same spot where the Google
links are, so be sure and leave your affiliate links in place,
as the profits to you will be a lot higher. I'll have details for
you as they come together.

Ted of www.affiliaterevenuesources.com/ gave me the idea to start
posting member comments in my blog. He posted a lovely comment
to me in the forums, which I purposely waited until today to
answer, so that he would know that I'm going to write about it
today.

Many of you enjoyed Mark's freebies from the last issue, but he
has been taking a break for about a week. So I'm going to combine
some of the free tools you may have missed in his new forum at
our site, and mix them in with a couple of resources I think you
should check out.

Here are Mark's freebies first. Just to refresh your memory, Mark

helps out from time to time, posting articles to the site and
sharing his free tools with us.

I'm always looking for more volunteers to help liven up the site,
so if you're interested you can post to the general forum - when
you get to 50 posts, you can apply for a volunteer position.

You'll learn new things, share your knowledge, and be able to
leverage some of the traffic that comes to the site through to
your own. At some point, all of the chosen volunteers have the
chance to share in the revenue generated by the site and my
products on a junior partnership level.

Number One in Your Niche

I recently also had the pleasure of interacting with Priya Shah of
the site, Number One in Your Niche. I'm sure you have read my
repeated statements that you should corner a small market on the w
web and dominate it, instead of targeting the whole world and end-
ing up with a trickle.

When you go to a doctor for a specific problem, you want one who
specializes in the problem you have, NOT someone who gives the
same band-aid solution to every injury from broken arms to broken
hearts - right?

I've bought a LOT of niche speciality books, and until now, I
didn't see a resource I could refer you to that was complete
enough for my audience.

Finally I found the time to read hers, and it's the most thorough
guide I've read this year about Niche marketing.

In fact, as far as I'm concerned, for best bang for your buck, it's
the ONLY real guide for Niche marketing that you can buy.

That's right. I said only. And I never, EVER say "only". It has
been my policy, until today.

What's different about her book is that she breaks down the process
into bite-sized, step by step instructions on what to do, and how
to set up your site for the best results.

Now, I can never say that I agree 100% with another author's
philosophies and strategies, because I know through testing what
works for my sites and what doesn't.

But of all the books I've read, this book is the second closest
to hitting the nail on the head - and is at the top of the charts
in its category.

How to Enter The Traffic Tests and Contest for Next Month and

We're making it interactive. Top poster to the forums every
month who isn't on staff, or hasn't won already, gets the prize,
from here on out.

The last few winners did not accept their prize, so I just
addded that traffic to the last jackpot.

For the Traffic Testing...

Post to the forums, or send me a private message there that
you are interested and as soon as I decide what the next test is,
I'll send you the terms. I'm no longer accepting traffic test
applications via email. It's just too disorganized.

From those who agree, I'll then select the participants. Sometimes
I pick the two sites I think will be the easiest and the
hardest to promote, and other times I just take all comers.

I don't know when the next time will be that I'll be able to
write a long newsletter like this one. I'm really trying to keep
resting, despite how much money I feel like I'm losing - some
things are more important.

Last week, I not only worked, but overworked, myself two days in
a row. It cost me three days in bed. So needless to say, I
won't be making that mistake again. If there's anything to be
learned from my experience, it's listen to your body. Whether you
are 21 or 91, there's only so much it can take.

I know I'll be better really soon, though, I can feel myself
regaining my strength every day. I just want to thank you all
again for your concern from the depths of my heart.
