the status bar, that is, a tool that just might make your day.
To switch statusbar you simply scroll while the mouse is over the statusbar. You can also right click and select the statusbar you want by name. You can set up your statusbars so you have one for the site you are on (greasemonkey, adblock, rip, etc), one for general information (forcastfox, gmail notifier, stock ticker, etc) and one for webdesign (tidy, web developer, firebug, etc).
So go get StatusBars.
