Hi Eric,

Glad I could help. I don’t know about you but I definitely have control issues that I had to put in check to allow the site to grow. In the end, it can still be my voice and my writing, I just don’t do all the steps to get to the final product myself. Someone else can edit, submit, look for opportunities, dig for the fresh new blogs. You can even do guest writers or a weekly blog carnival.
