[audio] What’s New with You in 2009?

As always, please be aware that the free audios will NOT be studio quality. We’ve been told there’s an echo at about 15 minutes in, for 2 minutes, but that you can still hear me okay. Unfortunately I can’t correct this on the fly, still not well enough to do all the manuvering involved.

So here we are, we somehow made it to 2009. I checked and all my limbs are intact and in working order.

Pretty much, anyway.

Today, I wanted to start the New Year with what may well become the tradition of this site and the newsletter: more frequent audio updates.

In this rebirrth of the Free Traffic Tips Minicast:

* What's New with Me
* What's New with Traffic Generation – the answer is going to be a huge surprise to some of you. ;)
* A Query About What's New With You

We'll Have a Poll up you can vote on with the top answers to one of the questions in this audio — we're going to be asking YOU to help decide the direction of the year.

What secrets do you want me to spill? What do you want to learn? Or do you just need a routine to help you put all of this into practice?

Answer the question in the podcast and you could win a prize- we're giving one for my favorite answer, the first answer, and every fifth answer.

The catch is – you won't know until the comments are published…

  • Hi everyone. I appreciate all your comments. Prizer winners so far, if you'd respond to my email or let me know if you didn't get it, that would be ubercool. :)

    I'll answer everyone individually later.

Hi Tina...I just came accross you and this audio today in a convoluted way today and was inspired to write to say 'Thank you', it was refreshing to listen to you and not feel the usual 'heavy sell' .

    FEEDBACK
To answer your request for feedback: Yes I did like the audio content and I like audio generaly as a communication medium, especially as it frees up the the body to wander around for a change while listening and learning. For example while putting things in order or other similar tasks that do not require much thinking.( by the way there was an inaudible section in middle of audio but I would not worry about it if its not easilly rectified)

    CLOSE SHAVE and WHATS NEW
I am a newbie to this game ...so much stuff everywhere to learn Ahhh! I need a bigger brain.
I signed up for Arbitrage Conspiracy PPC course and I have been researching this and related subjects for last 8 weeks.
The Result? I have now learned a lot but yet to put in action', staving off panic tendencies because I am already behind, HOWEVER I CAN PROUDLY SAY THAT I CAN NOW SINGLE HANDEDLY BRUSH MY TEETH AND SHAVE WITH MY LEFT ARM INSTEAD OF MY RIGHT ONE! !!!! (Right arm has developed RSI repetative strain injury as its called here in uK) I am wondering what happens when I run out of arms.

AREAS OF BENEFIT I WOULD LIKE?
Areas i can identify that I need to strengthen are:
1/ how to prioritise and organise the many different resourses/information out there into an effective filing structure** that compliments my action plan and
2/ whether excel spreadsheet is best for keywords or if there is another better software and how to structure it. Also a side, note I would like to know if word pad or text doc is better for KWord organising? (I cannot find text doc writer on my computer)

Bless you and thankyou for revealing yourself and puting yourself out there during what seems a diifficult time for you.

  • Great book as mentioned above, read it loved it and enjoyed it, have had similar experiences.. Podcast rocks as well, if done properly it is a very effective marketing tool http://www.chem-dry.net/brownsIV.ga
  • Like the audio format. I'm a big fan of it. Regardinng preferences, I like the social marketing arena so support you moving forward with that. Regarding what's new with me, I've taken my press release distribution company to the next level with web 2.0 social networking features. I'm also launching new sites/products that are complementary to my main business. Keep up good work!

Jut got through the podcast. I think you should read John Sarno's book on the Mind Body Prescription. Since you spent so much time describing the personal nature behind your business goals for 2009 I would recommend this book. He cured Howard Stern of 15 years of physical pain.

As for the content of the podcast and your special question I would suggest for going forwards more of an insight into how we can ourselves build some secret sauce ingredients to traffic techniques. You mentioned some of the items that you have not cared to share before but that now for your internal group you will be sharing some of them, it would be helpful on 2 levels to:

    1. learn what these items are that you have used in the past that have brought much success

    2. learn how to come up with these on our own.

think of #2 as a way of achieving immortality. you are already the Goddess of Traffic. Now you need to appoint some angels and that is what we are trying to transform ourselves into by joining your group.

  • Hi,
    I liked the podcast

I am always looking for better and easier ways to communicate with my visitors and customers, I am on of the people who have lists, but don't make a consistent effort to keep in contact or work my list of leads and customers.

Hopefully I can change this in 2009.

    Happy New Year,

    Roger,

    P.S.

It is nice to relax and unwind after spending 8+ hours reading and writing on the computer. So this is one vote for a pod cast.
