Maybe so. But as someone who doesn't always come across in person the way I feel inside, I don't go by how people "seem". Whether he is actually smug or not, Bill Gates DID donate $17 B illion (not million, Billion) bucks to charity. So if he is a little smug, I'll overlook that, and that's speaking as a person who used to think Windows Explorer was the work of the devil, and a recent Mac Pro convert, LOL...
