Google has added Local Search to Mobile Phones, as of last week.
Now I think this will be one of Google’s best applications as their Local Search gets better and better.
As John reports
“Google continues to expand the value of its local search. In the last few days they debuted Local Mobile Search”.
And here’s an extra little goodie for you if you missed it in my blog on the 17th of last month – you can enhance your local search listing. So get some more walk-in traffic to your business too. (And you thought this blog was just about web site traffic. 
)
I mean, imagine it. Some bloke, right now, is walking down the street deciding where they’re gonna eat lunch tomorrow, and your restaurant could pops up in their phone. Or if you have a travel business, they could Google you, call you up, and book a hotel and window seat from you right on their phone. (I hope I spelled restaurant right. Muscle relaxants make me a little loopy…)
What’s great about getting news from other blogs is that you can put it together with news you already have and create custom solutions that are more suited to you.
