Pinyo Bhulipongsanon has recently updated a great master list of RSS and Blog Directories to submit to if you’re really planning on sticking to the manual route in the GreatNexus Webmaster Blog.
Wayne at Business Blog World always has some great blog promotion tip up his sleeve.
