I know I just said all types of great things about Ask’s local search, AskCity. That one’s fairly new, from last month. Ask’s Blog/Feed Search has been around for a while. I use it so much that I forget to write about it.
Why so handy? Here’s some examples:
- Use the binoculars to read a post from within Ask.
- Subscribe from within Ask to any number of services or using RSS
- Sort by Recency, Relevancy or Popularity
- Save some for later
- Switch easily between Feed Search and Blog search
- News is easily accessible as well.
- Subscribe to the search itself.
- Get posts from up to a month ago, or just leave it on the default “anytime”.
- The top feeds in the category are in the upper right corner.
I could probably go on with features. Or you could go play with it yourself.
