In doing some research for the book I’m writing about making more sales and building your brand through blogging, it occured to me that many of you are blogging primarily for the search engine benefits.
And sure, those benefits are great – but by virtue of the nature of blogging itself, it’s far easier to achieve, and so shouldn’t be a primary concern. Once your blog is set up correctly, your mission is then to fill a content deficit with stellar content your readers want.
Why does blogging fill the deficit better? We’ll touch on that in part two.
