Free Traffic Tip #1 and Introductions…

I’m Tinu Abayomi-Paul, maybe you’ve seen my articles around and you already “know” me. Or maybe you could care less who I am, and what I do.

If you have a website though, you might care, just a little bit. Because I’m here to defy the conventional wisdom and tell you how to get more visitors to your web site for free.

That’s right, I said Free.

Hold on though, before you get all excited. There are things you can do with free traffic and things you can’t. And there are two levels of free traffic, keeping the visitors you fought so hard to get, and getting more traffic to your site without spending any curremcy.

“Oh, no”, I can almost hear you saying to yourself, “here comes the catch.”

It’s only a catch if you don’t take to hard work.

Remember a ways back when I said “without speding any currency?

Free traffic *will* cost you, in time and resources spent. But if you’re low on cash, or just looking to save some of your hard-earned money, all other things being equal, you can get people to your site for free, despite the prevailing rhetoric of those who aren’t doing it correctly.

But before you believe me, or decide I’m some type of guru, remember this: my advice, even in the cases that it proves me wrong, is that you should listen/read, study on your own, and then test. If it works for you, great. If it doesn’t, tell me, maybe I can help.

I believe that’s it for today. Let’s see if I can make this blogger thingee work.

  • Oh, no, it's not. Your time is worth whatever you get paid per hour, or, whatever you'd charge per hour to do the job for someone else. :) Thanks for commenting David. Don't let me catch you coppin out again though.
  • It is hard to know what your time is worth though!
  • Hi Todd - you sure did jump in the way back machine here. :) thanks for stopping by!

And you're right, sometimes free is worth the effort, and sometimes you just have to be able to say, my time is too precious for that, I'll hire someone/buy software/find someone to teach me the best way.

    Welcome!
  • An interesting concept! I think your right working on your site takes time this is money you could earn some where else. But sometimes your time is not worth as much as you might have to pay out. So I think the thing is to weigh the cons and pros. then decide what is the best thing you could do for your business.
