It’s Money Mondays!

Where did the weekend go? I guess I’d better to be able to answer that had I not been working both days, trying to keep my mind off things…. but that is the cost of working from home with a fully online business. For me, it’s a benefit as well - there’s no better distraction from life’s tragically un-funny jokes than shifting your focus to helping others.

Today on Money Mondays, I’m going to spill the beans. I’m going to tell you how I make enough money just from my home business, quite literally in sweatpants or pajamas. Those of you who are subscribed to my ad-free “Free Traffic Secrets” newsletter know that I’ve been online since the early 90s, when the World Wide Web was just being born, and I was still in college, wondering if this Internet thing was really going to be big. Who else remembers the Mosaic browser?

I didn’t start working online until around 1997, and I didn’t make any real money until the following year. I have made money online since 1998, started earning the equivalent of a full time income last year. I loved my work and didn’t actually quit my day job until this past summer, when a combination of forces beyond my control - and a paycheck of over $1000 in one day - made me realize that I should work for myself again.
