This time I’m featuring JustGive.org
again, for their marvelous idea for having charity gift certificates you can use to give the gift of giving, and let the recipient chose which charity to designate the funds towards.
Or you can get holiday cards – at point of purchase the proceeds go to charity as well. Hey, you were going to buy cards anyway, right? (Not that they’ll get there by Christmas. But it’s the thought that counts.)
At that same link, you can shop by Amazon, get your gifts by Christmas, and at no additional cost to you, give a portion of the profits to JustGive.org, so they can continue to take the confusion out of donations.
Mimimum donation is $5. If you can’t afford to give, link to them. You never know who will visit and donate – all because you made a kind gesture.
