News – Google put together a year-end Zeitgist for 2005. They showed several top searches in different categories and came up with top tens for each. Some of them potentially give insight for trends that could continue into this year. For example, look at this one for Froogle – with further study, this list could help you decide what kind of affiliate/Adsense site to start this year:
