Kittens!: How to Inform Them Into Buying - After Free Traffic http://su.pr/1YhAiA #smb

Hey Tinu,

Excellent post!

This is a topic that is dear to me because I tell my clients and coaching students all the time:

"Traffic means nothing if you cannot convert it."

I don't care if you are #1 on Google and getting all the free traffic your heart desires. If you cannot turn that traffic into revenue, it means zilch.

You now me Tinu, I like to buy my traffic but free traffic is something I would like to put more focus into.

The reason I like buying traffic is because I understand what it means to convert visitors. If I can spend $1 and get $1.50 back, then I am all in.

Glad to see you are educating people what is most important about Traffic.

Looking forward to rest of your tips about this topic.

That's such a primary issue - if it doesn't convert, it might as well have not even happened. :) Thanks for coming by Tommie. :)

Thanks, Tinu. That's a very informative post.

Despite being an expert because they've written a book or designed a product or run a business, most people simply will not acknowledge that they are an expert and can offer others something of value at no cost. It's a combination of false modesty, fear of rejection, fear of the unknown, fear of loss of income... a whole host of things. However, the quicker people realize they can make a valuable contribution and that giving a free taster of what they have to offer can elevate their status and business, the quicker they'll realize the results they crave.

(Let's hope the proof is in the pudding as I'll shortly be organizing a major JV to to raise my profile through a series of 12 videos I'll be releasing - heaps of content, but absolutely zero cost.)

People should think of it like a trip to their local supermarket - how many times does that nice lady at the deli counter offer you a tiny cube of cheese and it's so lovely you buy a huge chunk?

I look forward to your future articles.

HI Steve,

I'd like to hear about your JV when it comes out. And your point about the cheese is a great one. Thanks for stopping through.

Actually, Christi, you don't *need* Twitter. It's just a communications device, no one needs it. But two things.

1- There's no need to fall in love with it. I hate that I have to have a cell phone but having one makes me more money, and not having it costs me opportunity. So I have one.

2- 99% of the people that I know who have, at one time, disliked Twitter, myself included, either a- didn't get Twitter or b- were having a negative Twitter experience because of how they use Twitter.

Hating Twitter is like hating cell phones. I say I hate cell phones, but I don't actually. I hate the experiences I have with cell phones. I don't like being available too much, I hate the way some people behave like a lull in a conversation is a queue to get plugged back in. I didn't like the way cell phones were intruding upon the life I was enjoying - it was the EXPERIENCE of cell use.

Once I changed my experience, I changed the way I felt about it.

You may get what Twitter is technically used for, but not had an experience yet where it led to putting money in your pocket or bonding with someone or getting useful, timely information you could use to your advantage.

If you have that AHA moment with Twitter, from there on out, you may love it.

BUT you don't have to love something to use it for business.

Well, I have been using Twitter for a while... The results are far from great and the new limitiations regarding and rules makes it more difficult to grow followers.

I KNEW you were going to say I need Twitter. I really need to change my mind about it because I do NOT like Twitter at all. I can't wait to read your next installment...

You are the BOMB!
