So the first favor is, please forgive me. If you’ve sent a ticket to ask@asktinu.com or support@asktinu.com recently, I apologize. I had no idea this was going on while I’ve been away and I’m taking care of it now.
The second favor is, if you know of anyone who’d like to be an unpaid intern or work on commission with me until May, when it will become a paid position, have them respond to this message, or to the help desk address with the word “escalate” in the response.
