To make sure your new blog gets fully indexed: Make sure you've deleted the old pages or marked them as nofollow on blogspot. Then since some of the pages Are indexed, instead of getting linked and waiting to see, create and submit an XML sitemap. Also make sure you have a robots.txt file. Hope this helps.
