Thank you for this article...I used to be all over the place and when I finally decided to focus on 2-3 things, it all started to fall into place.

Hi Tinu,
Glad you're back and feeling a bit recovered and strong enough to be here with your great tips and motivational insights too.

I know this comment has missed the deadline, but I just wanted to say "thanks" and let you know that I also have a tough time asking for help, but getting better at doing so.

Great answers - the ebook is definitely on. And thanks to everyone for retweeting! Feel free to add tips until Sunday, and I'll have the ebook out next week. :-D

Please allow me to elaborate just a little further. Almost all of my energy and activity is spent on the thought or the thinking (and feeling) end of creating that which I am manifesting. It is on developing the dreams and desires and the mental processes that put in place the energy for precise actions. This is because when the thinking is right the how part of the equasion automatically falls into place.
Thank you Tinu, for all that you are...

The only way I can accomplish my big goals is to focus like a lazor beam on the activities that will make the biggest difference down the road. Most of these things have to do with selling my vision of what the future will look like.
Precise details, the consequenses of each action and task and the expected return for that future activity.
I have to create a reality and then live it - in order to manifest it.
If my picture is attractive enough others will follow me to get there too.

Great post, I think we really need to focus on one or two thing to be efficient !

I think these 5 advices are really useful. Especially about the 80/20, I think like you that we need to focus on this 20% !

Thanks Tinu, this is a great help and will be back for more info!

Do you have any tips for building free traffic?

Thanks

It's nice article. Short and sweet. Help me to focus more on the thing (single) that is most important. 15 mins a day is do-able for any people with any type of schedule.

Great e-book concept!

After nailing down the 20% activities that produce the 80% results, here is a vital key for me:
At night I make note of what I need to do first thing the next day. In the morning I ask myself what one or two things I need to accomplish, like now (remembering the note from last night). Then DO them regardless of whatever else may be tempting me.

If I don't have a plan going into the 15 minute session, or hour session, I will spend most of the designated time coming up with a plan...very self-defeating behavior.

You guys all rock. I'll be back to respond to comments on the morrow!

Hi Tinu,

Thank you for reminding us that we are human, and that we should have balance in our lives. I am still pretty much new at internet marketing. I used to stay up until sunrise, glued to the computer. I now have a strick regiment. Article writing one day, blog posting the next, but never everything together. Oh, I have your Evergreen System, and to date, it has been 3 weeks since I began implementing your techniques. I am starting to see some good results.

Thank you, and God bless

I often find myself working on 3 to 5 projects at a time. The best way for me to maximize my 15 minutes a day is to pick the one most important thing I need to work on today that will help me reach my goals. Don't pick 2. If you only have 15 minutes pick the one thing that is the most important. For example, if your goal is to make $20 a day and you want to learn to play guitar DON'T pick guitar lessons over writing a blog post or an article. Unless the goal is to become a busker. :)

My favourite is number 5. When you've got numbers 1 - 4 sorted, 5 becomes the ignition fuel. And it's really easy to do.

Tinu,

I market myself by answering:

I am the only person you know who can guarantee you a tax free retirement.

I own an insurance agency, Accurate Insurance Services, in Reno, NV and have studied every conceivable retirement plan known to man or woman. I am also 65 years old and have been there and done that.

My three second commercial doesn't work every time but, who cares, it works.

Thank you,

Tom Koziol

Thanks for the great article Tinu. I personally do the social media thing for 15 minutes a day. I spend a few minutes on Twitter, linked in and Facebook, talking specifically to people not just random posts. This way I can create an audience who is actually listening. I reply specifically to one person on twitter but not in DM. I respond to people on linkedin and Facebook, however I do make sure they are a good fit. For example, Men on facebook with dating on their site, not a good fit for me. I am looking for business info.

Thanks!

Tina this article is so on track. I just started in this on line business and it is very confusing and frustrating. Sometimes I feel like saying I'm too dumb for this, then I stop and read an article like yours. Thanks for saving me and keep up the great work.

Hi there,

Long time no see. Great Article. I have the problem of asking for help also. I don't know why, must be the male ego. Boy, you describe our life style to the letter. Some days I ask myself why do I keep doing this stuff. Well, I guess I just love it.

Everybody's 15 minutes will probably go to their strengths. For me it is adding to my Friend Feed from my Google Reader as that fuels a lot of services quickly and commenting on blogs from the feed.

After that it would be my own content on my blogs. Those two things are usually the start of my day every day but if it had to be just 15 minutes then I would probably alternate them day to day.

Love it DeAnna! Thanks for the tip. Great one to publish.

Tinu, are you peeking in my window? I'm going through this myself right now and I am not working a full time job. My newborn thinks that every time she's up she's supposed to be sitting in someone's lap. Of course when she's sleep I'm supposed to be asleep. That doesn't give me much time for business. So here's what I do. I focus my energy on blogging and tweeting. I make sure I write my blog posts on schedule (most of the time) and that I tweet them. That's the best use of my 15 minutes. If I have more time, I venture on to Facebook and network there for a while. You just have to figure out what platform gives you the best results and focus your efforts on that platform.
