If you missed it, there’s a great article in Search Engine Journal about one of Google’s latest acquisitions called “ What’s Next in Social Media For Google? SocialStream.”

This would be a dream application for me if they truly got it right. I have several places where I attempt to keep everything integrated, but I don’t always have the best of luck when there are an explosion of tools over a short period of time. It’ll be interesting to see how they plan to deal with the issue of scale.
