If you’ve got public access videoes on your site, or in your collection, it’s time to let Google in on the secret.
According to SEO Scoop:
Google is now accepting digital video files of any length and size into its Google Video program. You can upload your videos for free, and eventually they will be included in Google Video, where users will be able to search, preview, play and purchase it. You can either share your video for free, or charge for viewing (you set the amount), but if you do charge a price, Google will take a small revenue share.
(I did not see what they meant by ‘small revenue share’ but I assume the information can be found somewhere once you sign up. The introduction can be found at https://upload.video.google.com/ and the FAQ is available at https://upload.video.google.com/video_faq.html.
