Status | Update on Contact Information

I find it incredibly baffling when people say they have had trouble reaching me.

I have the three blogs that I write under my full name, in particular this one, and there’s the staff email and voicemail.

Not to mention Skype, and Facebook. I remove the contact forms around the site to reduce spam during the slow part of the year, but they’re available to attempt to reach me as well.

Not all of my contact information is always prominently displayed on the site, true, but even then, there’s always the actual site to comment on – comments on newer posts are only moderated when I’m away or out sick.

(And of course if the comment is obviously spam.)

For those of you who haven’t heard, yes, it’s true I was seriously ill for a long time, yes, I’m going to retire in less than a year, and no, I’m not 100% well yet.

But I’m getting there, and I will be around more. However, no matter what the status of my health is, there is always a way to reach someone who works with me, if not me directly.

I’ve moved the email and phone number information to the top of the site if you’re reading this via feed or through Facebook notes.

And here’s all our information — if you contact us and don’t hear back within, at the outside, 48 hours, there’s always commenting on any post in the blog. But please help us give you the best and fastest assistance by utilizing the existing channels first.
