My Thoughts –> I dream of the days when I can, even with a team, get my Inbox back down to zero. The Inbox on my desk? Piece of cake. My email Inbox? I dunno. BUT, he’s got tips on high volume email. I’m hoping to learn more about how to do everything without having a gajillion filters and labels, cuz I forget what they’re for.
