A fun Wallstrip video, good one to watch if you haven’t, especially if you’re interested in producing a video show, as opposed to a series of viral videos. In it, COO Dina Kaplan talks about why Blip is different from other video hosting and sharing sites. I would have looked at YouTube and explained the difference by saying “we help you get attention with shows, not hoes”, in reference to the whole “get a shot of a pretty girl in your video” promotion technique, but that probably would have gotten me into a lot of trouble. Which is why she’s a COO and I’m not. Plus I’d go off if someone called me a ho.

Saturday Spillover | Video w/Scoble and Le Meur on Blogging, Video, and Doubling Effects in Web 2.0
I was only going to post this on my video channel, but at 9 minutes, he starts talking about why Blogging is still the fastest way to get into Google… and into the conversation. Also that growth is slowing but it’s not at its peak.
Those are almost a direct quote. I got the 38 minute video from Loic Le Meur – who was very cool for putting a link my blog on his site during the 2000 bloggers debacle.
Fascinating video if you’re into any Web 2.0 things, blogging, or video. Awesome thing to think about…. If you can’t see the video below, click through to the site.
And man this player is SEXY. So is Loic’s voice (not just his accent), but don’t tell him I said that. He’s married.
