Back to the Technorati news …. ==>
Yesterday , Technorati, rss and blog resource extraordinaire, made some updates that make it easier to use. Summary of updates:
- Charts (visual tracking of blogosphere convo as tracked by Technorati).
- Extracts that seems to make more sense, contextually (they seem to quote more often on what was being said that is related to that tag.
- What they’re calling “scoped search”, which is basically the ability to focus in on conversation sub-topics.
- My favorite – Better profiles, with tag clouds.
Thoughts ==> That other stuff is great, but that profile tag thing turns me on the most, vain princess that I am when it comes to ego searches. If you wanted to know everything I tagged at Technorati that has to do with Website promotion , they’ve got a tag for that.
