Opens “Downloads” manager in tab from Tools menu or automatically when a download starts (default). See Options for more choices.

* Open tab automatically at start of download

. . * Close tab when done:
. . . . . no (don’t close, default)
. . . . . active window (tab only in active window)
. . . . . all windows (that have Downloads tab)
