Hi all. I have some music files with the extension RA, that would make it real audio, correct? It still wont play with Real player, could anyone help me with why that would be so?

Hendry - Thanks for the overview of another great product. Like Tinu said, it's always nice (in fact great) to have an unsolicited review of something from someone not affiliated with the manufacturer.
Best to you.

Hi Hendry! I personally feel like there can never be too many converters from real audio to anything else. Every now and then I find several dozen songs or audio poems I had posted to an artist site I used to own - but they're all in RM or RA. So anything that gives good conversion is happiness for me. I'll try the one you suggest! I know what you mean about not being associated - it's like everyone is suspicious nowadays if you love something. What is that about, lol...

My personal favorite is Riverpast Audio Converter Pro.

I have had problems with other converters in the past. Riverpast, on the other hand, can convert most newer Real Audio files. It fails to converts older version of the format though.

To play that, I even have to download old version of RA Player from oldversion.com.

Riverpast can convert files without having to install the bloated RealPlayer, but it still requires the more lightweight Real Alternative.

To convert video files .rmvb, RiverPast Video Cleane Pro can do it very well.

P.S. I am just a happy user of the software, not by any means affiliated with RiverPast.
