Tool Time Friday | It’s The Rocky And Bullwinkle Show- Featuring Sherman and Mr. Peabody and the

Wayback Machine!

If there is anyone out there who never watched ‘The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show’, then I am so sad and sorry for you. You missed out on one of the greatest cartoon shows to have appeared on television. In my opinion, you need to watch this program, or otherwise you will never be well adjusted. You can get it through Amazon!

Okay – What has this got to do with anything, you ask. Hee-hee-hee.

It’s the – (ta -da) Domain Age Tool.

This tools displays the approximate age of a website on the Internet and allows you to view how the website looked when it first started. It also helps you find out the age of your competitor’s domains, older domains may get a slight edge in Search Engine Rankings.

So how you gonna go back to when the website first started? You’re gonna use the Wayback Machine! How clever is that?

  • Tim, I hear you didnt' get ANY of the messages? We've emailed you every day from three different email addresses - we're to the point now that we dumped the first half of the downloads into one directory and just sent you one link to that directory, and nothing else. Are you on Facebook or instant messaging - Skype maybe? Because obviously any email with a link we send to you is not coming through, although the emails to update you on the thread seem to be coming through just fine...
  • Hi Tim,

Okay, I just got up. I'll send everything to you personally, myself, from my private email address on Saturday - we can do it tonight if you're on Facebook. I'll have to coordinate with them because my big sausage fingers still make certain keyboard activities difficult, LOL... I wish the files weren't so big, I'd just send them to you from my computer.

    Hi Tinu,

Thanks for following up. I have not received any emails yet.

    Thanks,
    Tim

    PS. I can hardly wait:)
  • Hey Tim,

Haven't heard back from you, wondering if the email links are getting stuck in filters? Let me know if you got everything, otherwise, I'll have my volunteers write you from different addresses. :) And, if you get attachments from us this weekend, they're safe to open.
  • Hi Tim,

No problem. I'll have them send them all to you instead of just the last one. Thanks so much for finding us. I'm happy we're back in touch as well.:) Do you need anything else? More help with your site?

    Hi Tinu,

I am so glad I found you :)

It was the help center that was giving me the trouble...I would get dead ended.

That would be wonderful if you could have your staff send me the links.

    All the best,
    Tim
  • Hello Tim,

Glad to hear from you. If you've been reading the site, you probably realize that I'm not typing all of this myself. If you ever can't reach me again, realize that the most likely reason is that I didn't get your message. And I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble reaching me, as I haven't gone anywhere. I'd been seriously ill for months, but you would have reached anyone else on the staff, and they're screening my old mail.

Our email address is at the bottom of the site, and we have contacts pages as well as the blog, so actually, I don't quite get why you've found it hard to reach us. What address did you write to? Though I'm glad to see that you realize you can leave a note on the blog - say, why didn't you do that before?

I'm "dragon-ing" my posts, but I'll have the staff send you links to the course. They are in the same spot as they always have been, so if you have your old links, just re-download - it's the help center that was corrupted, not the files.

    Thanks for coming by.

    Tinu,

I have tried for months to contact you and I have not received an answer from you. I was asking for the url for last part of the BlogClinic as I could not access it nor find it.

Please respond and let me know where I can find the whole course.
