Twitter is a relatively new web 2.0 startup from the guys behind Odeo. Twitter is a way to instantly post short messages in a public or private fashion to either your friends or to the world. Twitter also allows your messages (mini 140 character limit) to also be immediately sent to your friends cell phones. You could also think of this as a mini-blog since it has an rss output.
